Arab Lawyers Association launches in Switzerland!

The Arab Lawyers Association is thrilled to announce the establishment of its Swiss chapter, marking a significant expansion. This new chapter aims to foster legal collaboration among lawyers worldwide with an interest for the Arab market.



The Swiss branch will be led by a committee of experienced legal professionals.


Yacine Rezki

Yacine is a Swiss based lawyer with expertise in national and international taxation, administrative procedures, and criminal-economic litigation.

As the Founding Partner of Kanani / Rezki Avocats and the founder of the the Fair Trade Tax association, Yacine is committed to providing his expertise to his clients in their business affairs.


Prior to founding his own firm, Yacine’s professional journey has taken him to some of Switzerland's most esteemed addresses. This has equipped him with the experience to handle complex national and international cases, reinforcing his reputation as a leading expert in his domain.


Yacine’s understanding of his field is complemented by his awareness of broader global and geopolitical interests, granting him a comprehensive perspective on various legal matters. He is regularly invited by several media to share his innovative fiscal ideas.

Fluent in multiple languages, including French and English, Yacine also speaks Algerian darija and fair knowledge of classic Arabic.


Mejid Manai

Mejid is a Swiss LL.M. qualified in Tax and Business Law acting as a Board Member of CoRe Service. Core Service is a family office for GCC families and provides corporate, legal and real estate services.


In addition to his role at Core, Mejid is currently elected as a Judge at the Court of Prud’hommes in Geneva. He has worked as a Director of MENA region at private banks in Switzerland managing its wealth planning activity for over 11 years. He has worked at an international law firm, where he advised banks and private clients on all aspects of succession and estate planning.


Mejid is Arabic speaker and advises his clients on Sharia law questions as well.


Mehdi Charaibi

Mehdi is a lawyer based in Geneva. His area of practice is Immigration law, Criminal Law, Commercial law and both Public and Private International law. After he finished his studies in Political Science at the University of Geneva, Mehdi obtained a Bachelor of law and a Master in Law at the same University.


Mehdi speaks Arabic English and French.


Lilia Benka

Lilia is a PhD candidate in Commercial and Banking Law, specializing in ESG regulations and greenwashing. She is an experienced legal and digital counsel in corporate and international contract law, with a strong focus on supporting startups and entrepreneurs.

Fluent in French and English, with knowledge of Arabic, German, and Spanish, Lilia combines her legal expertise with a passion for innovation and the sustainable development of international business.
